SpyMy.com BETA

Speak of the devil, i was dicussing porting over digg.com to PPS over the weekend with Chua, the PHP magician who brought you the PPS Ping Search Engine, and today, Jeff Ooi highlights SpyMy.com! Beaten to the punch! LOL. Check it out, it looks like a good project.

Update: From Sashi's post, looks like SpyMy was built using Pligg that is in turn a ripoff of Digg. Lots of copyright issues here, unfortunately, especially if Digg decides to push their case. Sheesh.

To answer a question in Sashi's post: Yes, PPS is planned to undergo a revamp (again) some time this year, and this time it isn't going to be just cosmetic. :P

Coooool! :) I assume the launch date would be sometime round another PPS bash, eh?

No promises on the launch date, it will be sometime first half of this year, i presume.

This next upgrade will take PPS to the forefront of Web2.0. Its incredibly exciting, Chua and i were jumping up and down in anticipation last night when we discussed it. :)
