New kid on the block

It is always pleasant to see new people in the blogosphere, especially when the kid is down-to-earth and talented. Photoblogs are often a good form of visual stimulation. It makes up with the strained eyesights of having to read text-based blogs all the time.

Many would agree with me that white color is the most basic and yet pleasing of all. That goes to show how pleasantly looking this featured blog is.

Ladies and gents, introducing, Genuinely Bored.

We received this blog suggestion some days ago. This is among suggestions from many talented people, and Gabrielle Lim Mei Joo is certainly a talented graphic designer. Check it out!

SpyMy.com BETA

Speak of the devil, i was dicussing porting over digg.com to PPS over the weekend with Chua, the PHP magician who brought you the PPS Ping Search Engine, and today, Jeff Ooi highlights SpyMy.com! Beaten to the punch! LOL. Check it out, it looks like a good project.

Update: From Sashi's post, looks like SpyMy was built using Pligg that is in turn a ripoff of Digg. Lots of copyright issues here, unfortunately, especially if Digg decides to push their case. Sheesh.

To answer a question in Sashi's post: Yes, PPS is planned to undergo a revamp (again) some time this year, and this time it isn't going to be just cosmetic. :P

Liewcf.com on Adsense?

I was refreshing PPS a few minutes ago and was surprised to find Liewcf.com's ad on Adsense appearing in the side bar. Wow, didn't know he was buying ads on Adsense to boost his traffic. Perhaps that could be the secret of his $$$. :)

Update: Saw it again! :) "Latest Technology, Computers and Internet in Malaysian style"
