Having trouble sending that pesky file through MSN? Or maybe you are finding it too big for your email attachment to handle?

Fear not. There is a website called YouSendIt.com that allows you to send files up to 1000 megabytes to any email address with no fuss.

How does it work? First, you enter your friend's email address. Then, you upload your file which will be stored temporarily on the YouSendIt.com server. Your friend will then receive a download link. Simple as that.

No user accounts or passwords needed.

So, go on, give it a whirl today!

I have been using it many times already.
It's cool.

The file upload expires after 7 days.

I think you can upload more stuffs using rapidshare.

Both yousendit.com and rapidshare.de is great to share files with friends and family.

And to keep a file (smaller than 10mb), I just found a solution using Gmail

Yeah. Try rapid share and let us know whether it is as good as yousendit or not

Yousendit only allows 7 days or 25 downloads, whichever lower.

Rapidshare doesn't really have a time limit, as long as it detects that there are still people downloading the file. But the maximum file size allowed is 50mb, also you can only download a limited amount of megabytes per hour, unless you don't have a fixed IP.

Another choice is megaupload.com, but it's much slower than the other 2.
If you're sending files to less than 25 ppl or you have the time to reupload the files, the best is still yousendit.

=)

Recentelly I found another site, which allows you to manage your files online.
http://www.mofile.com
They offers 1 GB free storage space for everyone. Most importantly, they enables resume upload from a previous stop point. That's very useful to upload big files.

Yeah, I've checked out these sites too. I like the Mofile.net service with their resume function. Pretty useful. What do you think?
